Like Tsukihime, the routes ere are tied to characters, in this case being Saber, Rin and Sakura. However they are also much longer and focus on more than just the girl and are much longer than the routes of Tsukihime.

They similarly have an enforced playing order of Fate, UBW and then Heaven's Feel - which is for the best, as each route leaves some information unsaid. Completing all of them is essential to understand the full plot of Fate/Stay Night.
